Chunky Salmon Salad Spread


Great for sandwiches and leftovers.

1. mix together 3 cans of salmon with finely chopped celery, green onion, and fresh parsley.
2. stir in 1/4 cup low fat mayo, salt, pepper, a bit of lemon juice, dill weed, and 1 teaspoon dijon mustard. [garlic and paprika are optional but always good]
3. serve on a sandwich or with crackers. 

PAIR WITH: white wine, any kind. it's versatile enough.
