1. fry or grill shrimp with shell on until pink.
2. in a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter. add 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a bit of cayenne, salt and pepper.
3. add 1/4 cup white wine and shrimp, turn to low heat and simmer off alcohol. add a handful of fresh chopped parsley, and a dash of cayenne.
4. serve on rice or pasta.
