Nothing pairs as well as feta and olives.
1. boil spaghetti or linguine, drain.
2. heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan, add in 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. toss in 1/2 cup chopped or pureed kalamata olives. add in a dash of red wine or balsamic vinegar.
3. add in fresh parsley OR basil, a handful or so.
4. toss sauce with pasta, top with feta cheese and walnuts or pine nuts.
