Tyrokafteri

Greek dips make the world go round. Tyrokafteri is a versatile dip made with feta, garlic, and spicy peppers. 

YOU NEED:
a food processor
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 or 2 banana or chili peppers, seeded, red or green. make sure you know what you're in for, some peppers are awfully spicy. for beginners, try a single banana pepper. 

OPTIONAL: cayenne, red pepper flakes, olives. 

blend, serve with toasted pita, chips, or cruditees.
