Sriracha Chicken Strips


Bland old chicken strips turned exciting, and baked, not fried!

1. slice chicken breast into strips.
2. get 2 bowls. fill one with flour, one with 1 egg and 2 tablespoons sriracha or chili garlic paste, and one with panko breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. 
3. dip into each, in order.
4. bake at 400 F, for 10 mins, flip, and bake for another 10.
5. serve with soy sauce or plum sauce!
