An all around healthy dinner.
1. get filets of tilapia, haddock, cod, or any white fish.
2. brush with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
3. grill fish, barbeque, bake, or fry. meanwhile....
4. toss mixed greens and vegetables with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and pomegranate seeds. feta or goat cheese is optional but delicious!
5. top with fish.
