Shrimp & Goat Cheese Tacos



1. Marinate some shrimp, onion, bell peppers with lime juice, garlic, with 1/4 cup lime juice and fresh cilantro.


Fry in a pan or grillpan, with olive oil and taco or fajita seasoning. 
OR, barbque on skewers. 
Cook until done. 





Serve on a warm tortilla, with avoado or guac,  crumbled goat cheese, sour cream, fresh cilantro, and salsa. 

PAIR WITH: Mexican Beer, Light Beer, or dry white wine.
