Roast Beef Carpaccio


An aesthetically pleasing yet low-budget appetizer.

1. get some sliced roast beef, lay on a plate.
2. top with some fresh basil, grated lemon zest, a tiny bit of olive oil or pesto, ruccola, bell peppers, and tomato. fresh parsley too.
3. impress everyone! serve with crostini.
