Easy, cook shrimp in any way with this marinade!
1. marinate shrimp in 1 tablespoon mustard, olive oil. add 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon curry paste, a pinch of turmeric and fry with onions.
2. toast bread with cardamom or sumac, top with shrimp, tomato, lettuce, and olives.
3. serve!
PAIR WITH: a heavy, rich red wine. Malbec or Montepulciano.
