Stir Fry.
You can make them in like 10 minutes, and serve it on rice, and you're done like dinner. With dinner, served.
SESAME GARLIC AND GINGER BROCCOLI STIR-FRY:
1. in a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil or peanut oil.
2. add in broccoli [OPTIONAL, for more flavour: chicken, beef, pork, seafood, peppers, onions, bok choy, anything you'd put in a stir fry.]
3. add in 3 cloves minced garlic, a 1 inch piece of grated ginger, and a handful of sesame seeds. lime or lemon juice, salt, pepper, as needed.
4. FOR SPICE: add in sririchra, curry paste, or red pepper flakes.
5. simmer until crisp, put on top of soba, udon, rice, anything asian, or by itself as a delicious side.
