Pasta Salad with Shrimp, Spinach, Zucchini, Olives & Lemon


1. boil pasta and cook shrimp, or use leftovers.
2. toss mixed greens or baby spinach with lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic.
3. add pasta and shrimp and zucchini [sliced finely and grilled or cooked or baked] and toss. 
4. add olives, salt, and pepper. toss, cool, and serve.
