1. boil spaghetti, drain.
2. in a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil, 3 cloves minced garlic, chopped onion and anchovies.
3. add in any meat or vegetables (zucchini or italian sausage? amazing)
4. drain excess fat or oil.
5. add in pasta, 1 tablespoon red chili flakes, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
6. simmer, add parsley or basil if you want.
7. serve with ground black pepper and fresh grated parmesan.
