Fried Green Tomato & Goat Cheese


Snazzy and low-fat appetizers!

1. slice tomatoes. 
2. bread in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs. bake or fry, turning once, until browned and crispy. 
3. sandwich 2 tomato slices with goat cheese. basil, rosemary, or herbs are optional. 
4. serve on marinara sauce!
