Pasta Puttanesca

Puttanesca... spicy whore sauce. whatever, italians. delicious though.

1. in a saucepan, simmer 1 tablespoon olive oil with 3 cloves minced garlic. 
2. add in onions, spicy red peppers, mushrooms. cauliflower, any vegetable. [you can add meat too, obviously. I find spicy sausage or lamb goes best]
3. add in 1 can tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes. add in red pepper flakes for spice, 1 tablespoon anchovy paste, and a handful of black olives. salt and pepper.
4. simmer, add a dash of red wine, and simmer for another 10 minutes until boiled off.
5. boil pasta, drain.
6. taste sauce, adjust. 
7, serve over pasta with parmesan cheese!
