Chipotle & Lime Mexican Shrimp


Peel, devein and defrost shrimp, if not done already.
Make marinade: 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon lime juice, salt, pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon cumin, 2 cloves minced garlic, a pinch of paprika and curry powder, 1 tablespoon bbq sauce.
Slather on shrimp. Grill, bake, or fry. 
top with green onions, and cilantro.

YOU CAN:
serve as a side.
serve with tortilla chips.
burritos, fajitas, or tacos.
