1. Boil Broccoli, and macaroni until semi-done.
2. mix together 2 tablespoons low fat softened cream cheese, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons sour cream, and 2 tablespoons milk, with 2 tablespoons parmesan, salt and pepper to taste.
3. in a baking dish, lay out macaroni and broccoli. dump garlic/milk/cream mix on top.
4. top with 1/2 cup mixed grated cheese. i suggest sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan.
5. top with crushed saltine crackers, more cheese, and ground pepper.
6. bake for 30-45 minutes until cheese has browned and is bubbling.
