Antipasto Caprese Salad


A stepped up caprese.

1. lay a bed of prosciutto or fine italian ham. 
2. top with tomatoes, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, and hard-boiled eggs.
3. dress with basil, and basil pesto, and lemon juice.
4. a dash of balsamic vinegar.
