Crispy Fish Tacos & Chipotle Tartar Sauce


1. Get tilapia, haddock, cod, or any white fish filets.
2. coat with flour/corn starch, then whipped egg, then panko breadcrumbs.
3. bake or fry, until golden.
4. meanwhile, make chipotle tartar sauce: 1/4 cup mayo, half a peeled, finely chopped cucumber, 1 teaspoon dill weed, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon chipotle seasoning or finely chopped chipotle pepper, salt and pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon lime juice, 1 clove garlic. For spicier, add more chipotle!
5. serve fish in warm tortillas with cilantro, Chipotle sauce, avocado, sour cream, salsa, and feta [YES, FETA WITH FISH TACOS]

PAIR WITH: mexican, light and crisp beer! NO CORONA.
