Baked Crab Rangoon


1. lay out wonton wrappers.
2. mix together 1 package shredded crab meat, 2 tablespoons light softened cream cheese, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 tablespoon low fat mayo, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, green or red chopped onion, black pepper. stir into a paste.
3. spoon in 1 tablespoon into each wonton wrapper, wet edges with egg, fold and press with a fork.
4. bake for 10 mins on each side, flipping.
5. serve with spicy chili sauce.

PAIR WITH: Sake or Beer.
