Try this instead of hummus or tzatziki.
1. Blend together 1/4 cup feta cheese, 1 large tomato and a handful of pitted black olives in a food processor with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 cloves minced garlic.
2. adjust, make more if you want. this will be popular! serve wih pita.
PAIR WITH: a heavy, delicious red wine.
