Cilantro & Sour Cream Dressing/Dip

Great for tacos, fajitas, salads, anything!
mix together 1/2  cup low fat sour cream and a handful chopped cilantro. salt, pepper. lime juice, garlic to taste.
add chopped onions and a spicy pepper. 
dip, sauce, topping.
