Mixed Greens with Almonds, Mozzarella & Roasted Tomatoes


1. roast tomatoes in oven with balsamic vinegar and garlic.
2. toss mixed greens with olive oil, salt, pepper.
3. chop almonds.
4. toss all together, serve with buffalo mozzarella or vegan mozzarella, salt and pepper.
