Grilled Greek Octopus


1. get octopus, rinse, put in bowl. chop into chunks of appropriate size.
2. marinate in 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, 3 cloves garlic, a pinch of oregano, and fresh parsley.
3. grill, fry, or bake, using all of marinade to baste. 


Delicious on greek salad!
