1.cook shrimp with asian seasoning or sauce of your choice.
2. slice avocado, tomato, and grapefruit, and chop up some fresh cilantro.
3. stir together 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon chili sauce for spice, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon lime juice. add some ginger if you want.
4. toss salad, top with shrimp and dressing, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
