Garlic Asparagus with Feta, Pomegranates, & Walnuts


So easy and such a good flavour combination!

1. Blanche asparagus [boil waterm, chop off tough ends, toss in asparagus for 5 minutes] and drain.
2. preheat oven to 375 F. 
3. toss asparagus with 4 cloves minced garlic and 1/4 cup olive oil. a bit of balsamic and ground black pepper is nice, too.
4. bake for 10 minutes until your kitchen smells good. 
5. meanwhile, chop up walnuts, seed pomegranate, and crumble feta.
6. serve, topped with walnuts, pomegranate and feta.
