Tex Mex Taco Shells


Mm, nevermind tacos, stuff pasta shells!!

YOU NEED:

Large pasta shells, boiled till an dente. drain.
Taco-seasoned meat and/or vegetables [ground beef, chicken, turkey, pork, or lamb, onions, peppers, chili peppers] fried till perfection, with tomato sauce.
Avocado, Cilantro and Cheese for topping.


1. boil pasta, drain.
2. preheat oven to 350 F. 
3. lay out a baking sheet.
4. fry taco meat/vegetables with seasoning, add tomato sauce, just a bit.
5. stuff shells with meat and veggie mix, top with cheese.
6. bake for 20-25 mins until cheese is bubbly.
7. top with avocado and cilantro. 

PAIR WITH: a nice white mexican beer.
