Mushroom, White Wine & Mustard Seed Cream Sauce


A delicious sauce for chicken, veggies or seafood!

1. in a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons butter. add in 2 tablespoons dijon with mustard seeds, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons sour cream.
2. once thick, add in chicken, veggies, or seafood. cook until almost done, then add in 1/4 cup white wine and simmer until absorbed.
3. season with lots of black pepper, a bit of salt if needed.
