Roasted Cabbage with Blue Cheese & Bacon Bits


Mmm, make cabbage yummy.

YOU NEED:
1 Cabbage, cut into wedges
Bacon or veggie bacon or fake bacon bits, fried and chopped
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, mixed with 2 cloves minced garlic and 1/4 cup low fat sour cream

1. fry bacon, drain and set aside, crumble. preheat oven to 375 F. 
2. prepare blue cheese sauce.
4. drizzle cabbage with blue cheese sauce.
5. bake for 30 mins until browned, top with bacon bits.
