Chicken & Parmesan Meatballs with Sauteed Kale


MEATBALLS:
combine 500 grams ground chicken with 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 whole egg, a pinch of salt and pepper, 1 small chopped onion or shallot, 1 large or 2 small cloves garlic, a palm-full of fresh, chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon dijon or mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce. 
form into balls, fry or bake for 30 mins at 400 F, flipping once

SAUTEED KALE:
get kale.
heat olive oil, sautee with garlic, salt, pepper until limp. otpionally add shallots or onions.
