Portobello Parmesan with Marinara


Mmm, guilt free too. 

1. Get portobello mushrooms, take off stems.
2. preheat oven to 400 F. set on "broil" setting.
3. Grate some part-skim mozzarella or lay on a slice of buffalo mozzarella on mushrooms. drizzle with a bit of olive oil mixed with garlic. 
4. start simmering marinara sauce. add some basil and garlic and seasonings to liven it up.
5. grate some parmesan on top of mushrooms, add a bit of salt and pepper too.
6. broil for 10-15 mins until cheese has browned.
7. serve on top of marinara sauce, hot!
