1. Boil rice until done.
2. in a pan, heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil. add in 2 cloves minced garlic, chopped onions, carrots, peppers, and any chicken, meat or tofu if using.
3. add rice. also add 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon tomato paste or ketchup, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon white vinegar. add extra brown sugar if not sweet enough, or extra vinegar if not sour enough.
4. simmer until done. adding eggs.
PAIR WITH: Sapporo ? Mmm.
