All the goodness of chili, baked, with or without pasta.
1. preheat oven to 350 F.
2. boil pasta if using, drain.
3. fry up ground beef, turkey or chicken with taco seasoning, red peppers, onions, and black beans. add spicy peppers if you want, and a can of tomato sauce.
4. grease baking dish, add pasta, meat and sauce, and top with monterey jack, cheddar, or a mix of cheeses.
5. bake for 25-35 mins until cheese is brown.
PAIR WITH: a nice, crisp mexican beer.
