Roasted Balsamic Tomatoes with Olives & Goat Cheese

A warm salad, i guess. 

1. preheat oven to 350 F.
2. chop up cherry tomatoes, half and pit black olives, toss with a bit of balsamic, garlic, and olive oil. 
3. add in chunks of goat cheese.
4. bake for 20-30 mins.
5. serve, top with fresh basil and lemon zest. 

PAIR WITH: Rose sounds good. nothing too sweet.
