Mexican Shrimp Cocktail


 A great twist on the classic shrimp cocktail. Boozy too, only if you want....

1. Get some cooked shrimp, cool. 
2. Combine 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 chopped onion, avocado, and chopped jalapenos with a bit of tomato juice, 2 tablespoons lime juice,  or make a bloody mary and add the veggies. cumin, salt, pepper, to taste. 
3. top with shrimp and cilantro, a lime wedge.
