Pepperoni, Olive & Tomato Pasta Salad with Creamy Balsamic Dressing


THE BEST PASTA SALAD EVER. 

1. boil pasta, drain. cool in fridge. 
2. toss with olives, spicy genoa salamami or spicy pepperoni, tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata olives, peppers, and chunks of mozzarella or feta.
3. make dressing: 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon sour cream, salt, pepper, parsley or basil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 clove minced garlic. 
4. serve, yummy.
