Healthy Popcorn Shrimp with Dips


No deep frying needed here. Just pan-fry, or better yet, just bake!

1. Get shrimp, peel and de-vein.
2. coat in flour and corn starch, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
3. bake for 12 mins on each side. 
4. serve with dip:

Chipotle Sour Cream
Sour Cream & Onion
Spinach & Asiago
Garlic & Cheddar
Bacon & Cheddar
Tomato Mozzarella
Basil & Parmesan 
etc etc etc.
