Bruschetta Salad


1. chop up romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and fresh basil. toss together.
2. mix together 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup lemon juice, 3 cloves minced garlic, a palmfull of crushed walnuts or pine nuts.
3. toss all together, top with parmesan and green onions. croutons or chips, optional.
