A healthier and much more flavourful dip for veggies, chips, and more!
1. Mix together 1/2 cup low fat sour cream with 1 or 2 teaspoons mustard, 1 teaspoon garlic powder or a small clove, minced, 1 teaspoon or two sugar [to taste] 1 small, finely chopped sweet onion, a bit of fresh parsley, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper if needed.
2. top with chives, serve!
