Creamy Mustard, Lemon & Tarragon Pasta
1. boil pasta, drain.
2. in a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. add 1 clove garlic, 1/4 cup cream or sour cream, and 1/4 cup lemon juice.
3. simmer until thick. add salt, pepper, and fresh tarragon and parsley.
4. serve on pasta
