1. mix together 1/4 cup Dijon or Horseradish mustard with 1/4 cup honey. Add 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, pepper.
YOU CAN EITHER: bread chicken, slather on sauce and BBQ for wings, or bake
OR
Use as a marinade before cooking.
