Garlic & Ginger Fried Beans

1. boil green beans for 5 mins. drain.
2. in a saucepan,  heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil,  then add 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 inch grated ginger. 
3. add green beans, fry, top with sesame seeds, 1 teablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1 tablespoon chili sauce or sriracha. 
4. toss, season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. fish sauce and other veggies optional, such as bean sprouts, broccoli, carrots, or zucchini.
6. meat can be added.
7. serve on rice or noodles.
