Creamy Stroganoff


1. boil pasta, egg noodles or any big, fat noodles will do.
2. meanwhile, heat a pan with 2 tablespoons butter, melt. add 2 cloves minced garlic, add 1 small chopped onion, lots of chopped mushrooms, beef [hamburger, ground meat, or steak, anything] 
3. once browned, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of nutmeg and tarragon. season, salt and pepper to taste.
4. add 1/4 cup beef broth and 1/2 cup sour cream. add a bit of flour to thicken, or not.
5. simmer until done. 10-20 mins, until thick and creamy. 
6. top noodles with sauce, and serve! with fresh parsley.
