1. preheat oven to 400 F.
2. get some low-fat mozzarella sticks, like those peely-ones.
3. get a bowl of flour, mix with corn starch, salt, pepper, dry parsley and garlic powder.
4. whip together an egg or two.
5. get some panko breadcrumbs.
6. dip in flour mix, then egg, then breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
7. place on parchment paper. bake for 15 mins, turn, another 10.
8. serve with marinara or tomato dip.
