Shrimp with Turmeric & Cilantro


An easy middle-eastern seafood dish that you can bake, fry, or grill. 

1. Make Turmeric & Cilantro Marinade: 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon turmeric, 2 or 3 cloves  cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon cumin, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil,  1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and/or sumac,  a handful of fresh  chopped cilantro
2. marinate shrimp for 1 hour or more.
3. bake, like so: 
for 30-40 minutes.

OR 
fry in marinade.
grill, brushing on marinade. 
skewer, and serve!
