Mixed Bean & Chorizo Salad


1. in a bowl, toss together a can of drained chickpeas and black beans. 
2. add chopped tomato and fresh cilantro, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lime juice. a bit of garlic too. 
3. toss with chunks of spicy [!!!] chorizo sausage.
4. optional: feta cheese!

FULL OF PROTEIN. great power- salad.
