1. an essential part of a hearty Irish breakfast.
2. a delicious side to steak, or anything.
3. an AMAZING burger topping.
4. you could even put it on a salad.
HOW?
-heat some butter OR olive oil in a pan. add in 4 cloves minced garlic, simmer.
- add in a good amount of mushrooms, chopped in half.
-season with salt, pepper, and add 1 or 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
-turn heat to medium low, simmer until balsamic has mostly evaporated.
-once mushrooms are tender and almost done, add some fresh parsley, oregano, and thyme.
-serve!
