Baked Quesadillas


1. lay out a tortilla, fill, and bake for 10 minutes, then flip, bake for another 10. it's that easy. 

VARIATIONS?

VEGAN: beans, vegan cheese, salsa, roasted vegetables, tofu, avocado
VEGETARIAN: roasted vegetables, monterey jack, mozzarella, pimento or cheddar, beans, avocado
CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM: swiss cheese, fajita seasoned chicken slices, salsa, sour cream, mushrooms
SPICY: Taco beef, spicy salsa, jalapenos, sour cream, pimento cheese
4 CHEESE: cheddar, monterey jack, pimento, mozzarella, feta.... your pick. or, 5 cheese haha. roasted vegetables
BEANS: refried beans, mozzarella, cheddar, salsa, sour cream, crunchy red peppers
SEAFOOD: guacamole, shrimp fried with taco seasoning, sour cream, cilantro
PIZZA: pepperoni, mozzarella, red and green peppers, tomato sauce, mushrooms
CHORIZO: Chorizo sausage, tomatoes, sour cream, roasted vegetables, cheese
BUFFALO: blue cheese, bbq sauce, roasted vegetables.

ALWAYS SERVE WITH LIME JUICE, GUACAMOLE, AND SOUR CREAM. so much yum
