Soy Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon
1. get salmon filets.
2. mix together 1/4 cup soy sauce with 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
3. glaze salmon, wrap in tin foil and bake at 400 F for 20-25 mins.
