1. in a pan, heat 2 tablespoons butter.
2. sautee halved button or cremini mushrooms and some onion until transluscent.
3. add in 2 cloves minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and fresh parsley.
4. immediately add 1 can beef broth, with a tablespoon worcesetershire sauce, and 1/2 cup cream or low-fat sour cream.
5. simmer until thick and delicious.
