Satisfy your fried food craving with these baked breaded zuchini fries!
1. Dip sliced zuchini in flour.
2. dip in egg, milk, or i'm sure olive oil works too, for vegans.
3. coat in breadcrumbs.
4. bake at 400 F for 10 minutes, turn once, bake for another 15.
5. serve with hummus, tzatziki, or aioli.
